8:00 to 9:30 am- Special Shapes Display/Tether (if weather not suitable for flight)

8:00 to 9:30 am – Regular balloon charity tether rides for donations.

 

Free to the public. Free Parking. Hot cocoa, coffee, and donuts for sale (Sat. only). Event starts at 7 AM Eagle Park (next to Belen HS).

Spectators must use the Delgado St/Eagle Lane Entrance:

From I-25:  Exit at Belen Exit #191, Camino Del Llano

Go East on Camino Del Llano to the intersection of Mesa Rd (2nd Stop Sign)

Turn Left (North) on Mesa Road and proceed to Delgado Rd (stop sign)

Turn Left (West) on Delgado Road to Eagle Lane (just before entrance of Belen High School)
