Signed into law on March 8, 2022. My understanding is that this combines several of the previous scholarships such as Lottery Scholarship Fund and other to provide a was for students to make one scholarship application instead of several. It will cover tuition and fee for students. It also allows students to go back to universities and colleges to finish degrees.
